EXCELLENTVerified Loved our Tour around the Island of Oahu. We did the tour that included Snorkeling. Because the weather was very windy and some rain while we were there, the water was very cloudy. You couldn't see anything. But the 5 of us that did the snorkeling had fun anyways. But I wished that I could have seen some Sea Turtles in clear water.Posted onVerified Amazing! The taro French toast was out of this world. The captain and crew took time to get to know us and also did a wonderful job keeping the boat out of choppy seas and rain. We saw all sorts of sea life. We were sad when the voyage ended because we were having so much fun! The book king experience was great with Beth. Our preferred location wasn't available due to windy weather so she tracked down an alternate cruise that fit our schedule. She also made a special phone call to the captain to be sure there were no safety issue to bring our baby along.Posted onVerified Last year we went on the 4th of July dinner cruise. They make you feel comfortable and at ease and took the best pictures!! I was staying at Royal Hawaiian resort at Waikiki Beach and they do have concierge service but you need to see them in person to book tours. To save time I called action sports and they were able to find tours that fit my thrilling taste and were able to book jet ski with parasailing and they even gave discount as a package. Staff is really friendly and I was amazed when the captain told me that I can jet ski at any speed. I did jet ski with max speed it was worth it. Parasailing was also great. Not only did the owner booked these tours for us but she also provided free tips on where to eat and enjoy other touristy places in Hawaii. It was like having a personal conceirge service, I texted owner to inquire about other activities and she always replied with an energetic tone and gave good advice.Posted onVerified From the beginning to the end, Actions Sports Hawaii gave me a fantastic experience. Beth was very accommodating and suggested the perfect adventures to suit my tastes (dolphin snorkel and ATV/ziplining tour) and the booking process was so smooth. She was very responsive and helpful. First of all. Customer service is amazing. I had a really tight schedule. Normally i was to book in advance but i was late they managed to fit me in. Also Beth was really nice and she explained every thing to me and clarified any doubts i had. Overall my experience was Amazing. 💯 recommend. Given this was my first time doing jet skiing.
